During the end of the Judges period and into the era of the Kings of Israel, no enemy was more prevalent in the Biblical record than the Philistines. And few events were more devastating to the Israelites during this time than the theft of the Ark of the Covenant and the destruction of Shiloh where the Tabernacle had resided for hundreds of years. 

In this series, readers will travel along with a young Philistine sister and brother who find themselves at the center of this clash between cultures and are torn between holding onto their Philistine identities and embracing their future with the Hebrew family who invite them to be grafted into the covenant people of Yahweh through adoption.
